Returns & Refunds
RETURNS
To initiate a return, log into your Perfumehead account and send a request. Alternatively, you can email shop@perfumehead.com.
Products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the item is received unused, undamaged, and unopened in its original wrapping paper with the sticker unmoved.
We include a complimentary sample of each fragrance purchased with your order for you to try before unsealing the package. Our signature wrapping paper and sticker must remain intact for the product to be eligible for return.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return shipping is provided free of charge. If you selected to pay for shipping on your order, it is not refundable. You may be required to pay for return shipping if you place a special order with us.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards, our perfume oils, or The ICONS Collection.

ITEMS DAMAGED IN TRANSPORT
If the item on delivery is damaged, please contact us immediately at shop@perfumehead.com. In most cases, we will send you a replacement item. Items protected by Route will be replaced.
REFUNDS
You should expect your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the shipper. This four-week time period includes the time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes for us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes for your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). In many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly.
We will notify you via email of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item(s). If you have any questions, e-mail us directly at shop@perfumehead.com.
All orders are subject to product availability. When you place your order, we will notify you if an item is not in stock. You will be provided the option of back-ordering the product, or we will refund you the total or partial amount using the original payment method.
