RETURNS
Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be returned unused, undamaged, and unopened in their original packaging.
We include a complimentary sample of each fragrance purchased, which you can try before unsealing the fragrance bottle. Our signature wrapping paper must remain intact for the product to be eligible for return.
We will pay the return shipping costs if the return results from our error (for example, you received an incorrect or defective item).
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
The original shipping charge, if any, is not refundable.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards. For any questions regarding your return, please contact us at shop@perfumehead.com.
ITEMS DAMAGED IN TRANSPORT
If there is any damage to the item on delivery, please contact us immediately at shop@perfumehead.com.
REFUNDS
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. This four-week time period includes the time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes for us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes for your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). In many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly.
We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item(s). If you have any questions, e-mail us directly at shop@perfumehead.com.
All orders are subject to product availability. We will notify you if an item is not in stock when you place your order. You will be provided the option of back-ordering the product, or we will refund you the total or partial amount using the original payment method.
