SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

At this time, Perfumehead ships within the continental United States only (excluding Alaska and Hawaii). For notice of when we will be shipping to additional states and territories as well as to Canada and internationally, please sign up for our mailing list or email shop@perfumehead.com.

SHIPPING OPTIONS

Online orders are shipped and delivered Monday through Saturday from our Los Angeles warehouse, excluding major holidays. Below are the shipping options available to you. Please select the option that best suits your delivery needs during Checkout.

Express Service — FREE

Express Service orders placed by 3:00 PM (PST) will be processed and shipped the same day, depending on product availability. Express Service orders placed after 3:00 PM (PST) will be processed and shipped the next business day.

Orders shipped via Express Service are delivered within two business days from the order's ship date.

Unexpected and uncontrollable delays, including weather, holidays, etc., will not result in a refund of Express shipping costs.

Overnight Service — CHARGE

Overnight orders placed by 3:00 PM (PST) will be processed and shipped the same day, depending on product availability. Overnight orders placed after 3:00 PM (PST) will be processed and shipped the next business day.

Orders shipped via Overnight Service are delivered within one business day from the order's ship date.

Unexpected and uncontrollable delays, including weather, holidays, etc., will not result in a refund of Overnight shipping costs.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

Some products sold by Perfumehead require special handling as specified by federal, state, and local regulations governing the transport of these items. These regulations dictate the method of shipment for these items. At Perfumehead, we comply with these regulations; therefore, the shipment of some products to specific locations may not be possible. If this affects your order, we regret any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding. If you wish to provide a physical address in the United States to which we can deliver, we will be happy to ship your entire order.

CANCELLATIONS

For your security, your billing name and address must match the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match these criteria.

Please note that if you wish to cancel an order after transacting, Perfumehead will not guarantee the cancellation request. However, we will do our best to provide a superior customer experience. EXCHANGES

Unshipped orders are eligible for an exchange. Please get in touch with us at shop@perfumehead.com with any questions.
