SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Perfumehead ships within the continental United States only (excluding P.O. Boxes, Alaska and Hawaii, APO/FPO military addresses, and US Territories). Please get in touch with us at shop@perfumehead.com for special shipping requests. For notice of when we will be shipping to additional states and territories, Canada, and internationally, please sign up for our mailing list or email shop@perfumehead.com.

Please be sure to ship your order to a secure location. We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages.

SHIPPING OPTIONS

Online orders are shipped and delivered Monday through Friday from Los Angeles, excluding major holidays. Below are the shipping options that are available to you. Please select the option that works best for your delivery needs during checkout.

Express Service — FREE

All 50 and 100ml fragrance orders ship free with Express Service. Express Service orders placed by 12:00 PM (PST) will be processed and shipped the same day, depending on product availability. Express Service orders placed after 12:00 PM (PST) will be processed and shipped the next business day.

Orders shipped via Express Service are delivered within two business days from the order's ship date.

Standard Service — FREE

The ICONS Collection ships free with Standard Service, excluding holidays when the item ships with Express Service. Standard Service orders placed by 12:00 PM (PST) will be processed and shipped the same day, depending on product availability. Standard Service orders placed after 12:00 PM (PST) will be processed and shipped the next business day.

Orders shipped via Standard Service are delivered within three to five business days from the order's ship date.

Overnight Service — CHARGE

Overnight orders placed by 12:00 PM (PST) will be processed and shipped the same day, depending on product availability. Overnight orders placed after 12:00 PM (PST) will be processed and shipped the next business day.

Orders shipped via Overnight Service are delivered within one business day from the order's ship date.

Unexpected and uncontrollable delays, including weather, holidays, etc., will not result in a refund of Overnight shipping costs.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

Some products sold by Perfumehead require special handling as specified by federal, state, or local regulations governing the transport of these items. These regulations dictate the method of shipment for these items. At Perfumehead, we comply with these regulations; therefore, the shipment of some products to specific locations may not be possible. If this affects your order, we regret any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding. If you wish to provide a physical address in the United States to which we may legally deliver, we will gladly ship your entire order.

CANCELLATIONS

For your security, your billing name and address must match the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match these criteria.

Please keep in mind that if you wish to cancel an order after transacting, Perfumehead will not guarantee the cancellation request will be accepted. However, we will do our best to provide you with a superior customer experience. To cancel, please contact us immediately via our LiveChat feature or at shop@perfumehead.com, and we will assist you to the best of our ability.
